In the alchemy of flavors he found his passion, the same passion that led him to expand his world. Italy, France, Australia and the United States, with their haute cuisine and Michelin stars, gave him the experience his passion needed to return to his hometown, Arequipa, and create the dishes that today are tasted at Kao.
